IsoAcoustics Demo at Metalworks

David Morrison, President of IsoAcoustics, was in Metalworks Recording Studios recently demonstrating his latest speaker stands. The video shoot consisted of four V8 KRK speakers, two with the IsoAcoustic stands and two without. Stay tuned for the video! The stands have recently won Best of Show at NAMM.

David had this to say: We videoed another A/B demo yesterday at Metalworks Studios in Toronto. This world-class facility has become a leader in the recording studio business in Canada with artists like Prince, David Bowie, Guns 'N Roses, Bruce Springsteen, Christina Aguilera, Rush, Bachman-Cummings, Anne Murray, Nelly Furtado and many, many others recording there. Many world-renowned international producers such as Bob Clearmountain, Eddie Kramer, David Bottrill, George Massenburg and more... have worked in this studio. We set up 2 pairs of matching studio monitors on heavy steel floor stands and carefully focused them on a pair of A/T 4060 microphones in the mixing position. We ran the demo with both sets of monitors on the floors stands, and then with one pair on the ISO-L8R200 stands. We'll be posting the video on YouTube.... the difference was huge.
