Team Building at Metalworks Studios
No musical experience is required for this high-energy, collaborative experience. Guided by professional musicians in a world-class studio environment, your team will step outside the everyday and into the creative process of songwriting and recording.
How It Works
Participants are divided into groups and paired with industry musicians who help guide them through the writing process. Each team works together to craft original lyrics around a chosen theme — whether it’s your company’s mission, a personal story, or something fun and unexpected — or to reinvent lyrics for a familiar track.
Once the song(s) are written, teams head into the studio to record their creations in full. This hands-on session requires participants to designate roles, collaborate closely, and trust each other’s ideas — strengthening teamwork while having a lot of fun. The end result is a unique recording everyone can take home as a shared achievement.
